Luise Müller studied political science and political theory at Freie Universität Berlin (B.A.) and University College London (M.A.), and wrote her dissertation on the legitimacy of international criminal law at the Berlin Graduate School for Transnational Studies and the Freie Universität Berlin (10/2012-11/2016).
She was then a postdoctoral fellow at the Chair of Practical Philosophy at FU Berlin (1/2017-10/2017) and holds a postdoctoral research position at the Chair of Legal
and Constitutional Studies with Interdisciplinary Relations at TU Dresden since November 2017.
Since April 2021, Luise Müller serves as interim professor (Vertretungsprofessorin)
for Practical Philosophy at the University of Hamburg, where she teaches political philosophy and ethics.
